Job Description

Specific Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets. • Build a sales plan and deliver to the plan: Market, Position and lead Sales for the region • Guide teams for leading sales efforts to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships • Engage with customers throughout the sales lifecycle, from initial contact to service delivery. • Manage and own key metrics o Orders o Sales o Margins o Cash • Key Account Management • Manage sales pipeline and provide insights to the Business Development team for taking business decision • Demonstrable Sales Leadership - Engage and manage with all stakeholders and Build & nurture the team • Manage a spiel of products & solutions: o Low Voltage Switchboards o Medium Voltage Products & Switchboards o UPS, Bus-Ducts systems, Power Quality Solutions. • Ability to engage and work with key influencers – Consultants, Architects & Contractors and End Clients
