RPO Manager - TA - Manufacturing

Job Role

 Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions in the cement sector, ensuring SLAs are

consistently met.

 Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics, optimize hiring strategies, and provide actionable

insights.

 Partner with client stakeholders to understand business needs and craft tailored sourcing plans.

 Lead a team of recruiters, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous performance improvement.

 Drive business mining initiatives to identify new hiring opportunities and enhance client satisfaction.

 Provide comprehensive hiring reports and market insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and

proactive communication.

Job Requirements

 7-10 years of experience in RPO/recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or infrastructure sectors.

 Strong background in managing SLAs, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement.

 Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a recruitment team.

 Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

 Proficiency with ATS systems and modern recruitment tools.

 Preferred Education: MBA in HR or a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
