Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team and help craft intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will bring proven UX design expertise, a solid foundation in human-centered design practices, and a keen eye for detail across various platforms and use cases. Key Responsibilities: Design and optimize seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. Lead or facilitate Human-Centered Design (HCD) workshops to uncover insights and co-create solutions with stakeholders and users. Translate complex concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Apply Material Design and iOS design guidelines to ensure consistency and usability across platforms. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and analysts to implement innovative and user-friendly product solutions. Interpret and design for complex dashboards (analytical, operational, statistical) with a strong focus on clarity and usability. Participate in UX research to validate design decisions and iterate on feedback. Keep abreast of emerging trends, including AI/ML-integrated interfaces, to inform design strategies. Requirements: · Proven experience as UX designer. · 2-6 years of work experience in UX · Experience in moderating / executing HCD (Human Centered Design) workshops. · Good knowledge of Analytical / operational / statistical dashboards, Material Design, iOS guidelines etc. · Exposure to AI / ML integrated product solutions is good to have. · Candidates from B2C, B2B background are preferred Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field. Portfolio demonstrating UX process, decision-making, and impact on shipped products.
