Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team. Follow up on leads and maintain active conversion pipelines. 2. Customer Interaction Answer inbound calls and handle customer inquiries. Resolve customer issues with patience and professionalism. Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. 4. Data Management & Reporting Record customer details, feedback, and call outcomes in CRM/Excel. Maintain and update customer databases regularly. Share daily call reports with the team leader/manager.
