Role Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement automation scripts using RPA technology.Analyze existing processes to identify automation opportunities and improve efficiency.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions.Maintain and enhance existing robotic processes to accommodate changes in business operations.Test, validate, and debug RPA solutions to ensure quality and performance.Document processes and updates to provide transparency and knowledge sharing.Monitor RPA operations, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary adjustments.Work closely with IT to ensure seamless integration of RPA tools into existing systems.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in RPA technology.Train and mentor team members on RPA solutions and best practices.Participate in project meetings and contribute to the overall project strategy.Provide support during the deployment and post-deployment phases of RPA projects.Create and maintain documentation for all developed solutions.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and guidelines.Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in RPA development using tools like UIPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.Strong programming skills in languages such as .NET, Java, or Python.Experience in process mapping and analysis techniques.Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Understanding of data structures and algorithms.Experience with version control systems, e.g. Git.Knowledge of databases and SQL is a plus.Certifications in RPA platforms are highly advantageous.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.Prior experience in process automation or software development is preferred.A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
