Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop custom workflows and scripts to automate manual business processes, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
Work with business analysts and process owners to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the automation solution meets the needs of the organization.
Collaborate with RPA architects, business analysts, and other team members to design and implement automation solutions.

Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience in an Engineering role
Strong hands on experience in RPA process and tools like Automation Anywhere, UI Path, Blue Prism
Good programming skills in Python, Selenium
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
