Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee corporate taxation and treasury functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize benefits for the organization.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on tax implications of business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of tax and treasury operations.
Stay updated with changes in taxation laws and regulations, advising on necessary adaptations.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax-related transactions and filings.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of corporate taxation, treasury management, and related laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
