Job Description We're seeking a Robotics Engineer to join our team in developing software for a range of cutting-edge robotics applications. You'll be responsible for translating high-level objectives into high-performing, well-tested, and maintainable code while working with our talented engineering team. Responsibilities Develop, test and deploy robotics software solutions Stay current with latest robotics developments including Reinforcement Learning, simulations, and LLMs Contribute to and maintain open-source packages Develop software architectures for various robotics applications Provide code reviews and mentor junior developers/interns Support robot deployment and client interaction Take initiative in identifying and leading improvement opportunities Location This position is fully remote (within India) Required Qualifications 1-3 years of work experience in robotics software development Strong programming proficiency in C++ and Python Extensive experience with ROS2 development Deep understanding of core robotics concepts (SLAM, Controls, Planning, Transforms) Experience with simulation tools (Gazebo/ISAAC sim/Mujoco) Proficiency with development tools (Docker, Git) Excellent communication skills Entrepreneurial spirit - experience being part of a startup core team or leading a robotics club Self-motivated with demonstrated passion for robotics Strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies What We Offer Opportunity to work with an exceptional team of engineers Direct client exposure and project management experience Competitive salary with strong growth potential Global impact through worldwide robot deployments Contributions to leading conferences and open-source projects Remote work flexibility with flexible hours Team offsites to exotic locations Chance to shape the strategic direction of a deep tech company
