Develop, improve, and maintain ROS2-based modules for localization, navigation, and behavior execution. Develop real-time capable C++ ROS2 nodes for localization (e.g., EKF, SLAM), obstacle detection, and motion planning. Integrate sensors (LiDAR, cameras, IMU, GPS) for perception and localization pipelines. Work with the Navigation2 (Nav2) stack for path planning, costmaps, and control. Tune and extend ROS2 packages for specific robotic platforms and use cases. Perform system testing in simulation and real-world environments, collecting data and debugging runtime performance. Collaborate with hardware, software, and testing teams to ensure system-level integration and stability. Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of the autonomy software stack. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. 4+ years of professional experience in robotics software development. Proficient in modern C++ (C++17/20 or newer), with strong debugging and optimization skills. Strong hands-on experience with ROS2, including Nav2, tf2, rclcpp, and colcon-based build systems. Solid understanding of robotic localization, mapping (SLAM), and motion planning. Experience working with Linux development environments and real-time robotic systems. Ability to analyze sensor data and improve system performance through field testing and tuning.
You have deep knowledge in dotNET and Backend framework, Data Engineering, APIs. Specific experience with .NET Core/ .NET 6+ is highly preferred. Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, including database design, data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing. Experience with SQL Server, or similar relational databases is essential. Knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus. Bonus Points: Experience with monitoring tools like DataDog, New Relic or Prometheus. Contribution to open-source projects. You have 12+ years of years of relevant experience in software engineering practices (e.g., OO languages, clean code, CI/CD), with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. You have proven experience in full stack development – integration of front end, backend. You have good understanding of Angular, Kubernetes, Dockers etc. You are responsible for the continuous development of the products in the Analytics Software Domain You document your software so that other team members and departments understand your software Master’s degree in engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Computer) or a related field. Demonstrated experience as a technical lead, providing guidance, direction, and mentorship to a team of developers. You are familiar with cloud platforms like Azure. Experience deploying and managing applications in the cloud.
