Job Description

Automation engineer Key Responsibilities • Design, program, and commission automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs,Servo Motor & Drive, Robotics, Vision and motion control systems. • Should have worked with Pharma, Packaging Machinery or any Robotic Machinery • Should have knowledge for below products. Omron, Mitsubishi, Siemens PLC & Servo System Yaskawa or Fanuc Robot system Keyence, Cognex & Omron Vision system Omron, Mitsubishi, Weintek HMI Programming • Develop and implement automated processes for manufacturing, testing, and quality control. • Troubleshoot and resolve automation equipment issues to minimize downtime. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance, design) to identify automation opportunities. • Create and maintain technical documentation such as wiring diagrams, user manuals, and operating procedures. • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and best practices. • Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement Industry 4.0/IIoT solutions where applicable. • Train operators and maintenance teams on automated equipment. Qualifications- Diploma/BE in Instrument/Electrical/Electronics Minimum Experience - 2 Years
