Role Description

The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the subject matter, and a passion for helping others grow professionally.


Qualifications

  • Health & Safety and Safety Training skills
  • NEBOSH certification
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Training individuals on road safety
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
  • Ability to create engaging and informative training materials
  • Experience in conducting safety audits and inspections
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus


Key Responsibilities

  • Training Development: Design, develop, and update training programs and materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions through various methods such as classroom instruction, webinars, workshops, and e-learning platforms, Carnivals
  • Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, tests, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, progress, and feedback.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development, and incorporate new techniques and tools into training programs.
  • Support and Mentorship: Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure the successful application of training content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and addresses specific needs.
