Role Overview: As a Trainer at Safety Circle, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance individuals" skills, knowledge, and performance. Your main focus will be on creating a supportive learning environment to foster professional growth. Safety Circle is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for both employees and clients, leveraging over 20 years of experience in safety solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and update training programs, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content. - Conduct training sessions using various methods like classroom instruction, webinars, workshops, and e-learning platforms. - Evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback, tests, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments for improvement. - Maintain precise records of training activities, including attendance, progress, and feedback. - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development to incorporate new techniques and tools into programs. - Offer continuous support and coaching to employees for the successful application of training content. - Collaborate with HR, department heads, and stakeholders to align training with organizational goals and address specific needs. Qualification Required: - Possess Health & Safety and Safety Training skills - Hold NEBOSH certification - Demonstrate excellent communication skills - Have experience training individuals on road safety - Exhibit a strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures - Ability to create engaging and informative training materials - Experience in conducting safety audits and inspections - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus,
