Job Description

Description We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as an RM for the Direct Channel in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, driving sales initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with key clients in the direct channel. Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends. Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders. Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1-7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a direct channel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
