Perform extensive audits of Accenture employees’ business expenses and investigate expenses for Accenture policy non-compliance & potential fraud

What are we looking for?

Auditing Experience Good communication skill - Written and Oral Ms-Office Skills Qualifications ? Education: Undergraduate/Post Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA. ? Work Experience: 4+ years experiencee preferably in Audits, Fraud Audits etc Knowledge and Skill Requirements Professional Development Skills Ability to think out of the box and identify potential fraud Business Acumen; Decision Making; Initiative and Anticipation; Innovation; Issue Identification Analysis and Solving; Microsoft Office; Negotiation; Oral and Written Communication; Sustaining Relationships; Teamwork and Collaboration

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform expense audits of Accenture employees Look for patterns in identifying non-compliance or fraud – key requirement Participate on ad hoc teams for the improvement of processes and resolution of issues Comply with principles, policies and implications of auditing Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of local tools and applications in support of time and expense processing and auditing. Creates logical plan (e.g., workplan, task list, etc.) for an activity. Organizes large amounts of information. Applies experiences from previous positions and/or projects to analyze an issue. Focuses quickly on most critical aspects of an issue or problem. Documents and communicates issues in an organized manner.
