Handling Returns:

Inspecting returned items, assessing their condition, and determining whether they can be restocked, repaired, refurbished, or recycled.

Managing Repairs:

Coordinating and overseeing the repair process for defective products.

Recycling and Disposal:

Managing the process of recycling materials or disposing of products in an environmentally responsible way.

Inventory Management:

Managing inventory for returned goods, including determining how to handle excess or obsolete inventory.

Supply Chain Management:

Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient and cost-effective reverse logistics processes.

Data Analysis:

Analyzing data related to returns, repairs, and recycling to identify trends and areas for improvement.
