Job Description

The Revenue Planning and Pricing Head will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies and revenue management processes that maximize the company's financial performance. This role will require strong analytical skills, an understanding of market trends, and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization.

Strategic Planning:


  • Develop and execute pricing strategies that enhance revenue streams and improve profitability.

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitors pricing strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing with marketing, sales, and operational goals.


Revenue Management:


  • Analyze financial data to forecast revenue and identify risks and opportunities.

  • Implement revenue management tools and systems to optimize pricing and maximize revenue.

  • Monitor and report on key financial and operational metrics to assess the impact of pricing strategies.


Pricing Strategy:


  • Set pricing guidelines and structures for memberships, personal training, and other services.

  • Evaluate and adjust pricing models based on market demand, competitive landscape, and business needs.

  • Develop promotional pricing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.


Collaboration and Leadership:


  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure pricing strategies support promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership to gain alignment on pricing and revenue initiatives.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in revenue planning, pricing strategy, or financial analysis, preferably in the fitness or related industry.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and revenue management software.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
