Job Title: Revenue / OTA Executive
Department: Revenue Management / Sales & Marketing Industry: Hospitality (Hotels, Resorts, Service Apartments) Location: [To be filled] Reporting to: Revenue Manager / General Manager / Director of Sales & Marketing
Job Purpose:
The Revenue / OTA Executive is responsible for maximizing hotel revenue by managing the online presence and performance across all OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms. This role is critical for ensuring rate parity, driving occupancy, and optimizing room revenue through efficient pricing, listing, and digital coordination. The executive will also support the revenue management team in formulating and implementing effective pricing and distribution strategies.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
1. OTA Management & Distribution Strategy
2. Revenue Management Support
3. Reservation & Booking Coordination
4. Data Reporting & Analysis
o Occupancy trends
o Average Daily Rate (ADR)
o Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR)
o OTA performance analysis (conversion rate, booking source, lead time, etc.)
5. Marketing & Visibility Enhancement
