Job Description

We are looking for a RevOps HubSpot Specialist to own our CRM strategy, streamline processes, and ensure HubSpot becomes the single source of truth for our sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Role Overview
As a RevOps HubSpot Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM implementation across sales, service, and customer success. you'll work closely with the Growth team to align systems, processes, and data to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in revenue operations.
 
Key Responsibilities
    • CRM Ownership & Data Management
    • Own HubSpot CRM end-to-end, ensuring data accuracy, hygiene, and completeness.
    • Map and track all revenue-related data points across the CRM.
    • Set up and manage user roles, permissions, and governance.

    • Process Alignment
    • Align sales, marketing, and customer success workflows within HubSpot.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and improve processes.
    • Implement playbooks, SOPs, and process maps for consistent execution.

    • Reporting & Analytics
    • Build and maintain dashboards such as:
    • Pipeline coverage
    • Conversion by stage
    • Campaign ROI
    • Create reporting frameworks for leadership to track performance and forecasts.

    • Enablement & Training
    • Train team members on HubSpot best practices, workflows, and dashboards.
    • Develop documentation and knowledge hubs for ongoing adoption.
    • Provide proactive support for day-to-day CRM usage.

    • Revenue Optimization & RevOps Projects
    • Design and implement workflows & automation, including lead assignment rules, renewal reminders, and onboarding sequences.
    • Lead RevOps projects like:
    • Reducing lead response time
    • Improving sales forecast accuracy
    • Creating attribution models
    • Drive alignment between GTM teams to ensure predictable and scalable revenue growth.
Qualifications
    • 3 5 years of experience in RevOps, CRM management, or Sales/Marketing Operations (preferably in B2B SaaS or marketplaces).
    • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM (Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs).
    • Strong understanding of revenue processes (lead lifecycle, pipeline, renewals, attribution, etc).
    • Proven track record of building dashboards, workflows, and automation in HubSpot.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make process recommendations.
    • Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
