Revenue Manager (India - Relationship Recruiting)

We are looking for a skilled Revenue Manager to join our team in India, with 5-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management and excellent analytical skills.

• Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize hotel occupancy and rates.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute sales plans that drive revenue growth.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including revenue growth and occupancy rates.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue streams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.

• Strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including hotel operations and revenue management systems.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel or Google Sheets.
