Revenue Manager (India - Relationship Recruiting)

Looking to onboard a skilled Revenue Manager with 5-8 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management and excellent analytical skills.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize revenue strategies.
• Develop and implement effective revenue management plans to maximize occupancy and rates.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as revenue per available room and occupancy rates.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management systems.
