About OYO

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business expansion by acquiring and onboarding new properties.
  • Meet hotel/property owners, present OYOs vision, and build profitable partnerships.
  • Develop joint business plans and ensure SLA compliance with partners.
  • Manage hotel partner relationships, resolve escalations, and drive retention.
  • Collaborate with transformation & operations teams to make properties live.
  • Ensure occupancy growth, sellable room availability, and revenue performance.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Sellable rooms signed & made live month-on-month.
  • Occupancy (URNs) & Pay at Hotel (PAH) realization.
  • Gross margin from signed properties.
  • Daily availability of sellable rooms (DSRN).

Education

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).

Experience & Skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, operations, or key account management.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in managing escalations and cross-functional teams is an advantage.
