Job Description

  • Responsible for achieving Sales Targets by managing select set of relationships including IFAs and to some extent in NDs side.
  • Ensure effective and smooth relationship management with assigned corporates /distributors/banks in the area for growth in business.
  • Developing business through consultative engagement with Branch Managers / Senior
  • RMs and other important position in the respective organizations
  • Market & industry analysis.
  • Influence decision making at senior levels of prospective business organizations
  • Product knowledge.
  • Market knowledge / extensively networked
  • Key account management skills.

• Min 8 years of relevant experience

• Proven performance track record (sales)

• Exposure to M.F industry will be added advantage.

• Problem Solving,

• Conflict Management,

• Interpersonal and persuasive skills,

• Sound knowledge of numbers
