The Role: Revenue & Billing Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly structured, detail-focused financial operations professional who can take full accountability for our end-to-end revenue, billing, and order processing functions.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the centre of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and performance across all revenue-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Billing & Revenue: Take full ownership of invoicing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with contracts. Resolve discrepancies, disputes, and credits professionally. Maintain complete, auditable revenue records.
• Internal Finance & Order Processing: Oversee order processing and billing-related tasks. Ensure revenue records, adjustments, and credits are accurate. Support month-end reporting and proactively resolve delays or errors.
• Controls & Governance: Maintain organised financial records, conduct reconciliations, and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies. Document all revenue and billing activities clearly.
• Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance workflows to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and increase revenue visibility. Track key performance indicators.
• Leadership & Accountability: Serve as the central point of accountability for revenue operations. Guide team members, set clear expectations, and escalate risks with practical solutions.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in billing, revenue operations, invoicing, or finance operations
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, pricing, contracts, and financial controls
• Extremely high attention to detail and a structured way of working
• Confidence to take full ownership and hold others accountable
• Excellent communication – you’ll deal with internal teams and external clients
• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business is a plus (not mandatory if you have solid experience)
• Experience with ERP, Tally, Zoho Books, or similar systems is an advantage
