Retail Trainer – Store Experience (Mumbai)

Location: Mumbai

About the Role:

We are currently overhauling select stores in Mumbai to elevate them into flagship

retail experiences, with a strong focus on customer experience transformation. To

ensure this ambitious project’s success, we are seeking to onboard experienced Retail

Trainers who can drive high-impact training interventions on-ground.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs aligned with the upgraded customer

experience framework.

• Conduct engaging classroom sessions focused on service excellence,

upselling, and customer engagement.

• Provide on-the-job field coaching to store staJ, ensuring real-time learning and

performance improvements.

• Identify skill and knowledge gaps through observation and performance tracking,

and provide targeted support.

• Partner with store leadership to align training eJorts with business goals and

KPIs.

• Monitor and report on training eJectiveness, feedback, and key improvements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3–7 years of experience in retail training, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, or

consumer electronics.

• Prior experience in eyewear retail training is a significant advantage.

• Strong knowledge of customer service standards, grooming, product

presentation, and sales behavior.

• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

• Ability to adapt training style to diJerent learner profiles and frontline retail

dynamics.

• Willingness to travel across multiple store locations within Mumbai as required.
