Job Description

As a Training Associate/ SR. Associate Retail, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for retail staff. Your main focus will be to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain company standards. Your key responsibilities will include conducting training sessions on customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies for both new and existing retail employees. You will also assist in creating training modules, presentations, and e-learning content specific to retail operations. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in organizing and facilitating onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company. To support performance improvement, you will assess the training needs of retail teams through surveys, performance reports, and direct feedback. You will monitor employee performance and provide coaching or refresher training as needed. Collaboration with store managers to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions will also be a part of your responsibilities. In terms of training evaluation and improvement, you will track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and sales performance analysis. Regular updates to training content to align with industry trends and company objectives will be essential. Furthermore, you will be required to prepare reports on training activities, participation, and their impact on business performance. Your role will involve close coordination with HR and operations teams to schedule training programs without disrupting store operations. You will also act as a primary point of contact for retail staff regarding learning opportunities and career development. Additionally, you will provide support for internal and external audits related to training and compliance. The qualifications and skills required for this role include a Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of experience in training, coaching, or retail operations, strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, the ability to engage and motivate retail employees at all levels, familiarity with retail sales techniques, POS systems, and customer service best practices, and proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,
