Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and support Adidas Sales Academy and training initiatives.
• Drive a culture of learning and continuous development across stores.
• Plan and deliver workshops for store teams and managers.
• Localize and roll out seasonal training programs.
• Coach and mentor in-store teams on brand and product excellence.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and share monthly reports/newsletters.
• Identify and develop future in-store trainers.

Requirements:

• Graduate with proficiency in

  English, Tamil, and Malayalam

  .

• 3+ years

  in retail sales and

  2+ years

  in training & development.

• Trainer Certification Program

  is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel across South India (up to 50%).
