Retail Store Manager

Role Overview The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Sangeeta Boochra store. The role requires strong leadership, retail expertise, and the ability to manage both people and inventory effectively. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Develop strategies to increase sales and enhance customer retention. Ensure every team member actively contributes to upselling, cross-selling, and client relationship management. Organize in-store promotions/events to boost footfall and sales. 2. Store & Operations Management Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards. Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and hygiene. Monitor stock movement and ensure timely replenishment. Implement SOPs and compliance guidelines. 3. Inventory & Stock Management Ensure accurate stock management, including inward/outward entries, stock audits, and regular reconciliations. Minimize stock loss through strict monitoring and accountability. Penalties may be applicable for negligence or stock discrepancies. 4. Human Resource & Team Management Recruit, train, and motivate store staff to deliver outstanding service. Manage team schedules, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions where required. Build a positive, sales-driven culture within the store. 5. Customer Experience Ensure all customers receive a luxury retail experience aligned with the Sangeeta Boochra brand ethos. Handle customer queries, complaints, and VIP client servicing.
