About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead our franchise expansion initiatives. Cross-Department Involvement Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams to align business strategies. Provide insights from franchisee interactions to help shape future marketing, product offerings, and customer experience. Performance Monitoring Track the performance of newly opened stores and provide ongoing support to franchisees. Assist in training and development programs to ensure franchisees meet brand standards. Key Responsibilities: Photograph jewellery products for e-commerce platforms, ensuring clarity, color accuracy, and visual appeal. Style and set up products using props, mannequins, or models as needed. Retouch and edit images using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom. Ensure consistency in image quality, lighting, background, and file naming conventions. Manage and maintain photography equipment, lighting setups, and studio space. Collaborate with the design and marketing team for creative direction and campaign shoots. Meet deadlines and manage multiple shoots in a fast-paced environment. Stay updated with the latest photography trends in fashion and jewellery. Requirements: Proven experience in product/jewellery photography for e-commerce or brands. Strong knowledge of studio lighting, camera equipment, and photo editing software. A strong portfolio showcasing jewellery or fashion-related product photography. Attention to detail with excellent composition and styling skills. Ability to handle delicate and high-value jewellery pieces with care. Knowledge of color correction, dust removal, and image optimization for web. Degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred. Bonus Skills: Experience with video shoots for product reels or behind-the-scenes content. Familiarity with marketplace image guidelines (Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.).
