Sales & Business Development Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Develop strategies to increase sales and enhance customer retention. Ensure every team member actively contributes to upselling, cross-selling, and client relationship management. Organize in-store promotions/events to boost footfall and sales. 2. Store & Operations Management Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards. Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and hygiene. Monitor stock movement and ensure timely replenishment. Implement SOPs and compliance guidelines. 3. Inventory & Stock Management Ensure accurate stock management, including inward/outward entries, stock audits, and regular reconciliations.
