Retail Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• We are Looking for Candidates with Experience in Retail Footwear Sales (Or) any Other Retail Sales field.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Oversee sales team performance, provide guidance on customer service standards, and resolve customer complaints.
• Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock takes and reporting to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked.
• Monitor sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Must Take the Responsibility of Achieving Monthly Store Targets by Continuously Motivating & Driving the Salesmen towards the Same.
• Ability to Speak, Read and Write and both Telugu and English.

Communication Skills

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in any retail store operations or related Retail field (showroom sales, retail sales).
• Strong understanding of showroom management principles with excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of consumer products industry, particularly footwear.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with a focus on target achievement.
