To support our growth, we are looking for a dedicated and responsible Store & Staff Manager to manage daily operations and team performance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage store staff, ensuring smooth daily operations. Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide training when needed. Maintain discipline, attendance, and a positive work environment. Handle staff schedules, leave requests, and performance evaluations. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve staff or customer issues. Coordinate with the owner for sales targets, inventory, and store management. Maintain records of sales, expenses, and staff reports. Requirements: Proven experience as a Supervisor/Manager (retail or similar industry preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage a team effectively and motivate staff. Good knowledge of retail operations and customer service.
