Job Responsibilities Respond to customer messages and inquiries on WhatsApp promptly and professionally. Take and confirm customer orders via WhatsApp. Maintain polite, friendly, and helpful communication at all times. Keep accurate records of customer details and orders. Coordinate with the team for order processing and delivery updates. Requirements Female candidate only. Must have a smartphone with stable internet access. Good typing speed and clear written communication in Hindi and/or English. Ability to handle multiple chats at once. Must be polite, patient, and customer-focused. Can work from home during agreed working hours. Additional Details Work From Home position. Training will be provided for product knowledge and order process. Flexible working hours may be considered.
