Job Description – SalesmanShop Name: Good Leather Garments We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Salesman to join our team at Good Leather Garments. The ideal candidate should be customer-friendly, have good communication skills, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in selecting products (bags, shoes, jackets, wallets, etc.). Explain product features, materials, and prices clearly. Maintain the shop display, ensuring products are neatly arranged. Handle inquiries regarding size, price, and availability. Record daily sales and update the owner/manager with reports. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop. Support in stock management (receiving, checking, and arranging products). Build good customer relationships to encourage repeat sales. Requirements: Prior experience in sales (preferred but not compulsory). Good communication skills (Hindi required; basic English is a plus). Polite, disciplined, and customer-focused attitude. Basic knowledge of handling cash and online payments. Willingness to learn about leather products and market trends. Benefits: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
