Role Overview: As a Retail Store Manager in Mumbai, you will be responsible for providing top-level concierge and reception service to clients. Your daily tasks will include checking clients into classes, maintaining the luxury studio appearance, and assisting clients with package selection. It is crucial to uphold the company's values with a positive attitude and collaborate with Instructors and other staff members. Additionally, you may be involved in training and coaching new hires for the Client Services Team. Your role in maintaining product knowledge for all studio retail operations and achieving sales targets will significantly impact the company's revenue.
