1. Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring smooth functioning, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and adherence to company SOPs.
2. Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver high levels of customer service and meet performance targets.
3. Drive sales growth, manage budgets, control shrinkage, and maximize profitability through effective merchandising and promotions.
4. Ensure excellent customer service standards and handle escalations or grievances to maintain customer satisfaction
5. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and prepare for internal and external audits.
6. Monitor KPIs, generate daily/weekly sales reports, and provide actionable insights to improve overall store performance.
