Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Store Manager to lead our Jockey store. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and mentoring the team to achieve business targets while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, and store presentation as per brand guidelines.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and loss prevention measures.
• Prepare reports on sales, stock, and performance for senior management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail store management, preferably in apparel or lifestyle brands.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Good knowledge of sales planning, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
