Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Drive sales and achieve revenue targets
• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and stock levels
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and ensure high satisfaction
• Maintain store hygiene, security, and compliance with company standards
• Coordinate with the regional and corporate teams for marketing, promotions, and stock planning

What We’re Looking For :

• Experience in retail management, preferably in luxury or premium segments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive work environment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with POS systems and reporting tools
• Minimum graduation required
