The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall store operations, team management, customer service excellence, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom. Drive sales and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly targets. Lead, train, and motivate the showroom team to deliver superior customer service. Maintain visual merchandising and uphold Fabindia brand standards. Handle inventory management, stock audits, and loss prevention. Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare sales reports and update management regularly.
