Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate with a passion for luxury jewellery and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in diamond jewellery retail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Greet customers warmly, understand their preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of diamonds, gold, and jewellery trends to educate and guide customers in their purchase journey.
• Sales & Upselling: Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.
• Store Operations: Assist in inventory management, display setup, and maintaining store aesthetics as per brand guidelines.
• Billing & Documentation: Handle invoicing, certifications, and other necessary documentation with precision.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of retention and repeat business.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in diamond jewellery retail sales.
• Strong communication skills in both English & Hindi. Additional regional languages are a plus.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and confident with a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Tech-savvy – comfortable using POS systems, CRM tools, and digital catalogues.
• Understanding of jewellery certification (GIA, IGI, etc.) and basic diamond grading knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple customers efficiently.
