Role Summary

Retail Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities

Attend and engage walk-in customers at stores and events
Explain Satv Dairy products (A2 dairy, ghee, laddus, cookies, traditional foods) clearly and confidently
Drive daily sales and upselling of products
Handle billing, cash/card/UPI transactions (where applicable)
Maintain cleanliness, product display, and stock arrangement
Ensure product freshness, expiry checks, and FIFO practices
Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and discipline guidelines
Support event setup, dismantling, and smooth execution
Collect customer feedback and encourage repeat purchases

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum
1 year experience
in retail sales / food brand stores / exhibitions / events
Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented personality
Ability to stand for long hours and work in shifts
Honest, punctual, and target-driven
Passion for healthy, natural, and traditional food products
