Job Description

Role & Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture options Present product features, pricing, and promotions effectively Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order fulfillment Maintain showroom cleanliness and product display standards Stay updated on furniture trends and new arrivals Preferred Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in retail or furniture sales (preferred) Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills Energetic, confident, and target-driven attitude Basic understanding of interior aesthetics or design (a plus) Comfortable using CRM and POS systems Available to work weekends and holidays as needed Key Skills Customer service & relationship-building Product knowledge & space planning basics Sales, negotiation, and closing CRM and sales tracking tools Visual merchandising & showroom presentation
