Key Responsibilities:Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution Visit customer homes for on-site measurements and inspections Coordinate with factory/manufacturing team to ensure timely and accurate production Monitor quality control and suggest improvements in the manufacturing process Track customer orders and ensure smooth delivery/installation Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and post-sale service Assist with daily operational tasks and documentation Skills & Requirements:Strong problem-solving and communication skills Willingness to travel locally for customer visits Basic knowledge of furniture materials and measurements (training provided) Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Familiar with Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp-based communication Own two-wheeler preferred (travel allowance provided)
