We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have strong operational and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience handling client queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.

Advanced Excel and MIS Reporting

• Create and maintain complex spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Prepare and update MIS reports to support business decisions.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data.

Customer Query Handling

• Address and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to provide effective solutions.

Email and Communication Management

• Draft, respond, and manage professional email communication.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure clear and timely information flow.

Documentation and Compliance

• Maintain up-to-date operational records and reports.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and reporting).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
• A proactive and responsible approach to work.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Operations Executive or in a similar role.
