Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers at the counter in selecting watches.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and offers.
  • Ensure the counter/store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall store performance.
  • Assist with billing and follow company protocols.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and local language.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
  • Age: 18 to 32 years.
  • Experience in watches, jewellery, or fashion retail sales preferred.
  • Good grooming, pleasant personality, and strong interpersonal skills.
