Job Description

This is a front-end sales position. Day-to-day sales operations of Lladró boutique include storeopening & closing. Is responsible for Retail Sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retail Sales – Should be excellent in it
  • Ensuring the highest degree of customer service and in-store experience
  • Understand customer needs and delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty
  • Build a long-term relationship with the customer
  • Maintaining all necessary reports , inventory and VM in line with brand guidelines
  • Work accurately following standard operating procedures and with an eye for detail
  • Build in-depth knowledge of the product line, the price ranges and particular
specifications relating to the product
  • Ensuring brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards are met with
  • Executing weekly sales plans, delivering needed results
  • Expanding Customer Database - Data to be well collected, updated & maintained
  • Defining actions to attract new customers and old customers more often
JOB PROFILE
  • Education. Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 0.6 – 5 years of retail sales operational experience with luxury or Premium Retail

  • Languages: Fluent in English

  • Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Serious, proactive and can handle and deal comfortably in a multinational environment.
