Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain store appearance by ensuring shelves are stocked, displays are visually appealing, and inventory is organized.
Assist with visual merchandising efforts to create an inviting shopping environment.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in retail sales or related field (cashier activities).
Strong understanding of billing processes and ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately.
Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and conflict resolution.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
