Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet customers, understand needs, offer product info/demos, build rapport, resolve issues, process returns. Sales & Targets: Meet/exceed sales goals, upsell/cross-sell, promote offers, process transactions (cash/card) using POS systems. Product Knowledge: Maintain deep understanding of products, features, benefits, and promotions. Merchandising & Operations: Stock shelves, maintain displays (visual merchandising), keep store clean/organized, handle inventory counts. Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues, assist with store opening/closing, and follow operational procedures.
