We are looking for a Project Manager to ensure seamless execution — from client brief to final installation — while driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Understand client requirements and manage projects from design to delivery

✔ Conduct site recces, prepare reports, and secure timely approvals

✔ Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth execution

✔ Ensure zero quality errors and adherence to specifications

✔ Maintain project documentation (recce reports, approvals, POs, invoices, photos, feedback)

✔ Build strong client relationships to drive repeat orders & referrals

✔ Support sales outreach and re-engagement of lost clients

✔ Ensure timely billing and payment follow-ups

• What We’re Looking For3–5 years’ project management experience in retail/interiors
• Strong coordination across design, production, and installation teams
• Excellent communication & client management skills
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality, timelines, and cost efficiency
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
