About the job The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. They will also run quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction. WE NEED A CANDIDATE WHO HAS PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE IN METAL / WOODEN FIXTURES & AND RETAIL FITOUTS ONLY. --- Responsibilities Manage and evaluate the entire production process. Ensure that the correct and approved drawing is received from the CS team. Calculate BOM and validate with drawing and propose the right size of the material to avoid wastage. Prepare weekly production plan to execute the work in hand. Allocate the work to each team member for achieving daily/weekly production targets as per their capability. Ensure that the design is being explained to each production worker and it is well understood by each team member. Ensure that sufficient work is available at each workstation/machine and for each resource ensuring that each team member has sufficient work for 6–8 hrs on a daily basis. Prepare a list of quality checkpoints for each product and ensure that these are being well communicated to each team member on the production floor. Contribute to production planning and budgeting. Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a safe production environment. Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders. --- Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of production experience.
