Role Overview: As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day retail operations at multiple locations in Vadodara. Your role will involve managing staff schedules, training, and performance, monitoring inventory, sales, and service quality, conducting audits for stock and quality control, and implementing operational policies to enhance efficiency.
