Marketing Executive – Retail Clinic

Role Overview -

field-focused marketing role

Key Responsibilities -

Field Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Plan and execute hyper-local field marketing campaigns based on market research and target demographics
• Conduct product sampling and promotional activations to generate awareness and trials

Retailer & Vendor Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, venues, and local retailers
• Identify new retail and merchant partnerships and manage existing ones

Community Engagement & Events

• Represent BOHECO at trade shows, exhibitions, RWAs, and health/education camps
• Organise community outreach initiatives to promote holistic wellness and BOHECO products

Clinic Footfall & Sales Support

• Drive footfall to Delhi and Gurgaon clinics through creative local marketing initiatives
• Manage sales at the Delhi Clinic C Store during peak evening hours (8 PM – 9 PM)
• Ensure excellent customer engagement and service during store hours

Digital & Reporting Support

• Coordinate with the marketing team on social media content related to field activities
• Track engagement and prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance

Operations Support

• Coordinate hyper-local deliveries and resolve delivery-related issues efficiently

Requirements -

• Strong planning, execution, and on-ground marketing skills
• Excellent relationship management and communication abilities
• Sales mindset with customer-first approach
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple activities simultaneously
• Creative thinking to drive local visibility and engagement
• Comfortable with field work and community interactions

Qualifications -

• Graduate in any discipline
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in

  English & Hindi

• Working knowledge of MS Office & social media platforms

Additional Requirements -

• Familiarity with the local Delhi/Gurgaon market
• Must own a

  2-wheeler
